Annika Wallgren

Annika Wallgren has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Annika began their career as a Bistro Manager at Leysieffer GmbH & Co. KG in 2002. In 2005, they joined Ericsson as an IT Service Manager and later took on roles as a Finance Process Manager and Finance Business & IT Demand Manager. During their time at Ericsson, Annika implemented cost-saving measures and handled SAP roles and authorizations.

In 2017, Annika moved to If Insurance as the Head of Solutions Development in the IT Corporate department. Annika held this position until 2020. Following this, they worked as an IT Application Manager at MTR Nordic Group AB from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, Annika joined H&M Group, initially as a Senior Engineering Manager and later as a Product Area Lead Engineer in the Digital Core area. Annika focused on driving stable operations and continuous technical improvements, overseeing six teams and around 100 people.

Annika's most recent role is as the Head of Business Solutions at Stockholm Exergi, starting in 2023.

Annika Wallgren attended the University of Gothenburg from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
