Michael Landberg

Michael Landberg is an experienced project manager and construction leader with a significant background in residential development and renovation. Since August 2009, Michael has worked at Stockholmshem, serving as Projektchef nyproduktion and Projektledare nyproduktion for notable projects, including a development of 75 apartments in Gröndal and 129 apartments along with six commercial spaces in Södermalm. Michael has successfully completed approximately 150 renovation projects with budgets ranging from 100,000 SEK to 350 million SEK and led major plumbing renovations for over 1,000 apartments. Previously, Michael held positions at Kåver & Mellin as a Konstruktör, at Peab as an Arbetsledare for new housing projects, and at NCC and Haninge kommun in various roles, enriching expertise in construction management. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Building Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and completed a Natural Science Program at Fredrika Bremer.
