Tomi Heder

Tomi Heder has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Områdeschef at Stockholmshem since November 2017, with prior roles including TF Distriktschef. From March 2014 to October 2017, Tomi was Regionschef and Områdeschef at D. Carnegie & Co AB / Graflunds, overseeing regional operations. Earlier experience includes working as Fastighetsförvaltare at Micasa Fastigheter i Stockholm AB, where responsibilities encompassed managing various property types and developing maintenance and investment plans. Additional positions include Förvaltare at Akelius Fastigheter and AB Svenska Bostäder, along with technical roles from 1998 to 2009. Tomi holds a diploma in property management from Stockholm folkuniversitet and completed leadership training through UGL at Mgruppen.
