Harri Matias Nieminen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. 🇺🇦 Harri Matias is currently the Head of Customer Experience and Insight at Stockmann, where they leleadhe customer experience development and service design activities. Previously, Harri worked as a Member of the Representative Assembly of OP Uusimaa at OP Financial Group.

In 2018, Harri founded Asiakaskokemusagentti Harri Nieminen, where they worked as a freelance consultant, speaker, lecturer, and mystery shopper, focused on improving customer experience and business. 🇺🇦 Harri Matias also served as the curator of Design Thinking and Innovation Week at Future London Academy, organizing immersive programs for creative entrepreneurs and introducing them to London's most innovative businesses.

Prior to that, Harri held positions such as In-Resort CX Manager at Holiday Club Resorts, Service Design Director at Kuudes, Lead Service Designer at Kesko - K-Group, and Service Design Lead at OP Financial Group. In these roles, they were responsible for developing customer-centric concepts, improving customer experiences, and leading service design projects.

Harri's earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Development Manager and Project Manager in various departments of OP Financial Group, where they focused on improving customer experiences, developing new products and services, and streamlining processes. 🇺🇦 Harri Matias also worked as a Customer Service Advisor, gaining valuable experience in insurance service and sales.

Before entering the corporate world, Harri carried out their non-military civilian service as a Human Resources Officer at Pirkanmaan TE-toimisto, where they were responsible for HR tasks and assisting the Office Director.

Harri Matias Nieminen completed their education with a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Enterprise Development from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Before pursuing higher education, Harri Matias Nieminen attended Hatanpää High School and completed The Finnish Matriculation Examination from 1999 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Harri Matias Nieminen has obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they earned the "Google Analytics for Beginners" certification from Google. 🇺🇦 Harri Matias also acquired "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google Digital Garage in August 2020.
