Mariela Nortama

Mariela Nortama is an experienced executive with a strong background in commercial leadership and sales operations. Currently serving as the Director of the Helsinki Flagship Department Store at Stockmann since January 2022, Nortama previously held key positions at Compass Group, including Director of Growth & Retention and Vice President of Commercial, where responsibilities included leading the commercial organization and developing market strategies. Prior roles also include significant leadership roles at Fazer Food Services, Microsoft, Nokia Corporation, Hewlett-Packard International, and Accenture Finland. Nortama holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oulu, along with advanced professional development from Aalto University and the London School of Economics.
