Maximilian Knopp

Maximilian Knopp has a diverse work experience in various industries. Maximilian is currently serving as the Managing Director Germany & Head of Business Operations at a company called StockRepublic, where they are responsible for building social trading platforms for innovative banks. Maximilian has also worked as the Country Manager Germany at StockRepublic. Prior to that, Maximilian worked at comdirect – eine Marke der Commerzbank AG, where they served as the Corporate Innovation and Business Development Manager. In this role, they led comdirect's trend and start-up scouting and was involved in projects related to social trading implementation and Blockchain initiatives. Maximilian also worked at comdirect Start-up Garage as the Vice President. Before that, Maximilian gained experience at Lufthansa Technik, where they worked as a Corporate Innovation Management Working Student and Intern. Maximilian also worked as a Working Student at CareerTeam and Cyberport.

Maximilian Knopp's education history begins in 2013 when they enrolled in Leuphana University of Lüneburg. Maximilian completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 2017.

Afterwards, in 2017, Knopp pursued their Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategy and Organization at Syddansk Universitet, also known as the University of Southern Denmark. Maximilian successfully completed this program in 2019.

In the same year, Knopp participated in a Visiting Semester at Copenhagen Business School, focusing on Corporate Strategy and Innovation Management.

Apart from their formal education, Knopp has obtained additional certifications. These include Agile Project Management, Design Thinking from PEAK Creative Leadership GmbH, Pitch Coaching from the same institution, and Visualization.
