Angela Tam

Angela Tam is a skilled professional in service design and human-centred design, currently serving as the Service Design Team Lead at Shared Services Canada since September 2021. Angela has extensive experience as a Service Designer for SHIFT Collaborative and has contributed creatively at Stocksy United. Prior roles include working with the London Borough of Camden on multi-stakeholder workshops, serving as a Special Lecturer at the University of the Arts London, and collaborating with Philips on health-focused service concepts. Angela's educational background includes a Master's in Service Design from the University of the Arts London and an Honours Bachelor's in Environmental Design from the University of British Columbia, complemented by additional studies in business innovation.
