Shay Shaanan

Shay Shaanan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Shay started their career as a Kibbutz Field Crop Farm Manager at Kibbutz Kfar HaHoresh from 1992 to 1997. Shay then worked as an Aviation Security Officer at EL AL Israel Airlines from 1999 to 2001. After that, they joined ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd and held roles such as Marketing and Development Agronomist from 2001 to 2008, and Global Fungicide Sector Development Manager from 2008 to 2016. Currently, Shay is working at Stockton Group as the VP of R&D and Business Development since 2016. In this role, they are responsible for managing R&D and Product Managers, leading research and development projects, and overseeing a team of 15 HQ employees and 20 employees in different geographic regions.
