Heather Antoine

Heather Antoine is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property law. Currently a Partner at Stoel Rives LLP since January 2025, Heather previously held a similar position at Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP, where leadership roles included Chair of the Trademark Practice and Chair of the Privacy and Data Security Practice. The practice encompasses trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, licensing, copyright, and trade secret protection. Heather served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the California Lawyers Association and was also Secretary of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of California. Education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College.
