Penny Serrurier

Penny Serrurier serves as the co-managing partner of Stoel Rives LLP's Portland office, a position held since December 1991. With substantial expertise in representing higher education institutions, health care organizations, public charities, and private foundations, Penny's work focuses on fundraising, governance, advocacy, tax status, and endowment management. Additionally, Penny has contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor of law in nonprofit organizations at Lewis & Clark Law School from 2006 to 2018. Penny earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Middlebury College.
