Will Goodling

Will Goodling is a partner at Stoel Rives LLP since September 2015, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and antitrust law, having previously served as an associate at the firm. Prior to this role, Will Goodling gained valuable experience as a law clerk at the Washington State Supreme Court from August 2014 to August 2015. Will Goodling earned a Juris Doctor degree with high honors from the University of Washington School of Law between 2011 and 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in Economics and Political Science from the University of Oregon, completed in 2011.
