Jolene Goldsmith

Jolene Goldsmith is the current Director of Operations at stok, a position they have held since March 2015. Prior to their current role, Ms. Goldsmith served as the Business Development Coordinator at Environmental Building Strategies from August 2013 to March 2015, where they were responsible for developing client proposals and RFP responses, facilitating weekly sales meetings, and establishing and improving CRM sales processes. From December 2012 to August 2013, Ms. Goldsmith also served as the Bookkeeper/Office Manager at Environmental Building Strategies.

Ms. Goldsmith began their career in 2009 as an intern at the San Francisco Department of the Environment, where they worked on toxics reduction initiatives. Jolene then interned at Aitken & Associates Landscape Architecture in 2010 before taking on a role as a Research Assistant at the University of San Francisco in 2011. In this role, Ms. Goldsmith researched local government policies for energy efficiency in the service sector and presented their findings to the China Energy Group at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Ms. Goldsmith also served as the Environmental Safety Office Assistant at the University of San Francisco from 2009 to 2012.

Jolene Goldsmith earned their Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies & Sociology from the University of San Francisco. Jolene followed that up with a certification from General Assembly in User Experience Circuit.
