Phin Stubbs is a Senior Sustainability Project Manager at stok, a leading energy efficiency and sustainability consultancy. Phin has over six years of experience in the sustainable design industry and has worked on a variety of projects ranging from LEED & WELL certifications to scientific building assessments.

Prior to joining stok, Phin was a Sustainability Coordinator at Powers Brown Architecture, where they led and managed the LEED and WELL certification services. Phin also developed and educated sustainability and LEED curriculum company wide.

Before Powers Brown Architecture, Phin worked as a Residential Energy Auditor (HERS Rater) at Energy Inspectors Corporation. In this role, Phin conducted energy audits for residential buildings to ensure they met codes, certifications, and goals.

Phin’s experience in the sustainable design industry has allowed him to develop a strong knowledge base in a variety of areas, including building envelope leakage testing, whole building life cycle assessments (LCA), indoor air quality evaluations, indoor water use calculations, energy audits, and site inspections. This broad range of skills makes Phin an invaluable asset to any team they work with.

Phin Stubbs studied at St.Edward's University and Université catholique de l'Ouest, obtaining a Master of Science in Environmental Management & Sustainability. They also have a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi in Business Administration and Management, General. Phin Stubbs is a certified WELL AP from the International WELL Building Institute and a LEED AP Building Design & Construction (BD+C) from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI). They are also certified as a HERS Rater from RESNET.
