John Ziadat

Engineering Lead – Stoke Analysis at STOKE Space Technologies

John Ziadat has a wealth of experience in engineering and propulsion analysis. John began their career in 2010 as a Research Assistant for the Large Underground Xenon (LUX)-Zeplin Experiment (Gen-2 Dark Matter Experiment) and Design Lead for the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology's "Moonrocker" Robotics Team. In 2013, they were a Pressure Vessel Design Intern for Burns & McDonnell. In 2014, they were a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern and then a Full Time Engineer at SpaceX. In 2016, they were a Propulsion Structural Analyst - Turbopumps (Summer Position) at SpaceX. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Senior Propulsion Analyst at Blue Origin, where they were responsible for leading a team of engineers in high-velocity structural design/analysis of the BE4 Turbomachinery and the Gimbal Assembly. In 2021, they became the Engineering Lead for Stoke Analysis at STOKE Space Technologies.

John Ziadat received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines between 2010 and 2014. John then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines between 2015 and 2017.
