Jessica Gaffney

Jessica Gaffney is an experienced mental health professional with a rich background in therapy and program management. Currently serving as a Therapist at Stokes Counseling Services since April 2022 and as Regional Director at Effective School Solutions since August 2021, Gaffney has held various leadership positions, including Director of Residency Services at Boys & Girls Village and Director of Residential Treatment Programs at Connecticut Renaissance. Previous roles include Program Manager at Wheeler Clinic and Clinical Director at Nafi Connecticut Inc. Gaffney began a career in mental health in 1999, progressing from Clinical Supervisor at APT Foundation to a range of therapeutic roles.
