Andrey Kukhtin

Regional Marketing Director, International Markets at Stoli

Andrey Kukhtin has a diverse work experience in the marketing industry. Andrey is currently the Regional Marketing Lead for Eastern Europe, Nordics, Israel, Turkey, and CIS at Stoli® Group. Prior to this, they worked as a Brand Director at BELUGA GROUP, where they developed winning marketing strategies for major brands in the white spirits category. Andrey also managed product portfolio and distribution, implemented product innovations projects, and optimized pricing and margins. Before that, Andrey worked at Maxxium Russia, where they held various roles such as Group Brand Manager for Beam Global Spirits & Wines brands, Group Brand Manager for V&S ABSOLUT Spirits brands, and Brand Manager for ABSOLUT VODKA. In these roles, they developed and executed brand strategies, strengthened distribution networks, created impactful campaigns, and influenced global product innovation committees. Overall, Andrey has extensive experience in developing marketing strategies, managing product portfolios, and driving brand growth.

Andrey Kukhtin began their education journey in 1997 at Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University, where they studied Foreign Languages (Chinese, English) & Cultures, teaching techniques, and psychology. Andrey completed their degree in 2001. In 1997-1998, they also attended 2nd Beijing International Studies University in China for comprehensive learning of the Chinese language and exploring culture, history, traditions, and economy.

In 2010, Andrey participated in a leadership program at Beam Inc. & The Oxford Group in Singapore, focusing on international business.

In 2017-2019, Andrey attended the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO for a Management Acceleration Program, specializing in management.

In 2020-2021, Andrey pursued digital marketing studies at Netology, earning a Diploma of Education for their achievement.

Additionally, Andrey obtained a certification in Food & Beverage Management from SDA Bocconi in May 2020.
