Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organic products and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana served as a university lecturer in the subjects of applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
