Nic Carter is an experienced enologist currently working at Stoller Wine Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Nic served as a consultant and held multiple positions including Assistant Winemaker, Lab Manager, Production Specialist, and Cellar Hand at Carboy Winery from December 2019 to February 2023. Nic also worked as the Head Cidermaker at Tenmile Cider Co / Carboy Winery, focusing on recipe development from July 2020 to January 2023, and managed harvest fermentation at Sokol Blosser Winery for a brief period in 2022. Additional experience includes roles as a Cellar Hand at Prost Brewing Company, a Resident Firefighter/EMT at SOUTH WHATCOM FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION, and a Research Assistant at Western Washington University. Nic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Western Washington University, completed in 2019.
