Rafael Martinez Fernandez is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a robust background in managing HR policies across various sectors. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Stolt Sea Farm since October 2022, Rafael has previously held similar roles at Denso Sistemas Térmicos España, GRUPO PROFAND, and Caramelo S.A.U., among others, where responsibilities included corporate social responsibility, labor relations, and training programs. Additionally, Rafael has contributed to academia as a Professor of Strategic Human Resources at the University of A Coruña.
