Ayham Ereksousi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Stomio. Prior to their current role, Ayham was the Sr. PM Manager, Product Management - Secure SD-WAN at Cisco Meraki from May 2018 to July 2021. Before Cisco Meraki, Ayham was the Director of Product Management - Networking at SnapAV from December 2012 to May 2018 where they started a new category for networking products under the brand name Araknis Networks.

Under Ayham's leadership, Araknis Networks became the #1 market share leader in the CEDIA space and #2 revenue category for SnapAV. Ayham developed a brand and product strategy based on voice of customer to drive sustainable exponential growth for 5-7 years which resulted in continuous XX% YoY growth after departure from the company.

Ayham initiated, developed, and managed strategic partnerships with 4 key OEM suppliers in Asia to execute on product roadmap on-time and quality which resulted in leveraging off-shore engineering team for most of development activities and reducing category overhead by 60% in annual engineering expenses. Ayham also lead a cross-functional team through 60+ SKU launches including product line refreshes and EOL with less than 1% attrition rate.

In addition, Ayham assisted Senior Executive team through 4 M&A opportunities by conducting product/technology reviews, voice of customer surveys, and financial models. Ayham also improved product development lifecycle by 33% to meet the goal of launching the brand in 2013. Their key partnerships with functional stakeholders in the organization helped sustain process improvement.
