Bruce Upton has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and risk management, with roles at various companies. Bruce started working at Stone Bank in 2015, initially as the EVP of Cybersecurity and Risk Management, and later as the Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Advisor at Secure Banking Solutions LLC from 2014 to 2015. Before that, they served as the President of BLU3 Technologies, Inc., overseeing a 1.5 million dollar audit business specializing in IT and Network Security audits for community banks. Bruce also worked as the MIS Manager at St. Bernard's Healthcare in 2000 and as the CIO at Cross County Bank from 1997 to 2000. Bruce Upton began their career in the United States Air Force, serving as a Communications Officer from 1979 to 1999.

Bruce Upton has a strong background in education, with multiple degrees and certifications.
