Laura Ulrich

Laura Ulrich has extensive experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as a Materials Planner/Buyer and Small Batch Brewer at Stone Brewing since March 2004. In this role, responsibilities include pilot brewing, cask management, and overseeing a barrel warehouse with over 1,400 barrels, as well as operating a 12-head CIMEC bottling line. Laura also serves as a Brewery Trainer, focusing on writing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training new hires. Prior experience includes a position at Odell Brewing Company as a Brewer, Cellar Tech, and Bottling Line Tech from 2002 to 2004. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lindenwood University and completed education at Cornell University and Bishop DuBourg High School.
