Mark Demetree

Mr. Demetree is the Chief Executive Officer of Morton Salt, the fourth largest producer of salt in North America. He is also Chairman and founder of Demetree Salt, LLC, a family investment office. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Demetree was formerly Chairman of Texas Petrochemicals, Inc. (TPCG); Chairman and CEO of British Salt Holdings, LLC and its affiliate US Salt, LLC; Chairman and CEO of American Grinding Systems, LLC; Director of American Italian Pasta Co. (AIPC); and President of North American Salt Company, a subsidiary of Compass Minerals, Inc. (CMP). Mr. Demetree holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science - Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.
