Keegan Kasten

Keegan Kasten is an experienced Customer Care Coordinator at Stone Creek Coffee Roasters, responsible for developing and managing customer care processes and communications with wholesale partners since August 2020. Prior roles include serving as a Barista and a Residence Hall Front Desk Receptionist at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, as well as holding leadership positions such as Vice President and Public Relations Chairperson of the Residence Hall Association. Kasten has also worked as a Trip Staff Counselor for the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast, a Social Media Assistant for the Public Relations Student Society of America, and various roles at the Wisconsin State Fair Park, showcasing a diverse background in customer service, leadership, and communication. Kasten earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double emphasis in Public Relations and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
