Morgan Ritter

Morgan Ritter is an experienced product research and development coordinator specializing in trims, currently working at Stone Island since March 2025. Previously at Nike from May 2019 to January 2025, Morgan held various roles, including Textile Developer II and Trim Developer II, focusing on textile sourcing for collaborations and developing trims for Global Football, while maintaining sustainability goals. Prior experience includes a coordinator role at Pendleton Woolen Mills, where Morgan developed materials and trims, and roles at JLD Design Studio and Nordstrom, enhancing skills in production and sales. Morgan holds a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Merchandising, Design & Textiles from Washington State University and an Executive Master in Luxury Goods Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
