Helen is a partner in the Independent Schools Team. Prior to joining Stone King, Helen was Head of the Education Sector Team at Ashfords solicitors, and Head of Legal for The Girls’ Day School Trust. Helen also recently completed her tenure as Chair of Governors at a school in Bristol.
Helen advises independent schools on a range of issues including strategic review papers for trustees, handling complex safeguarding and child protection cases, educational negligence claims, allegations of discrimination and Equality Act issues, school parent contracts, policy reviews and data protection issues.
