Kathryn trained as a solicitor at Stone King and qualified in July 2012. Following qualification, Kathryn has spent time working at a large independent school trust and also worked in the firm’s construction team.
Kathryn’s work includes a variety of commercial property matters, including freehold and leasehold disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters as well as overage and planning issues. She acts for a wide range of nationally recognised educational establishments and charities (including multi academy trusts and independent schools) and regularly advises on the property aspects of charity/school mergers, academy conversions and academy to academy transfers.
