Ken qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and before joining Stone King working with three notable firms of solicitors in the South West where he obtained much of his experience and expertise.

In the past Ken has been a litigator. More recently Ken has focussed on residential conveyancing having managed a team of conveyancers within local law firms. He deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including transfers of equity, remortgages and buying and selling property.

Ken has had dealings in agricultural property work, dealing with landed estates, voluntary land registrations, sale and purchase of commercial investment and agricultural properties, agricultural tenancies and farm business tenancies, residential tenancies, properties owned by charities, telecommunications and other utility company agreements, easements etc.

Ken regularly handles high-value and complex residential property matters.
