Paul Willis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and procurement. Currently serving as the Director of Purchasing and Estimating and Director of Strategic Procurement at Stone Martin Builders since May 2021, Paul previously held senior leadership roles at Tailgate Guys from June 2012 to May 2021, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President. In these roles, Paul focused on developing organizational strategy, enhancing business systems, and coaching team members to align with company goals. Paul also has experience as Director of Operations and Restaurant Manager at Amsterdam Cafe from April 2008 to May 2012. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
