Marshall Cobb

Marshall Cobb is an experienced professional in the real estate and financial planning sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner at Stone Real Estate since February 2019, overseeing Stone Greenwich, Stone Crows Nest, and Stone New Projects. Before this, Cobb co-founded PropertySource, one of Sydney's largest independent project marketing agencies, which was rebranded to Stone New Projects in 2018. Previous roles include New Projects Manager at McGrath Estate Agents, where Cobb enhanced project marketing efforts, and New Projects Sales Manager at Becton Property Group during the GFC. Cobb's career began at Tax Invest Australia as an Accountant and Financial Planner and earlier at WJ Lawrence & Associates, providing foundational experience in finance. Cobb holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting and Finance from The Australian National University and a Diploma of Financial Planning from RMIT University.
