Ericka Giles

Ericka Giles has worked in the customer service and operations management fields since 1999. Ericka began their career at ABDI, inc Global Order Fulfillment as a Customer Service Manager, then moved up to Assistant to the President and Lead CS Specialist (Supervisor). In 2012, they were promoted to General Operations Manager, where they were responsible for assessing workload management and logistics, forecasting work-flow and distribution needs, and implementing new processes to optimize efficiency while ensuring policy adherence and quality control for 25+ clients. Ericka also established and cultivated strong relationships with client senior management and corporate executives, and liaised with clients to de-escalate concerns and strengthen relationships. In 2020, Giles joined Stone Rooster Distributors, Inc. as Director of Client Services, where they serve as Senior Relationship Manager to all clients, leads the on-boarding process for new clients and/or new business opportunities with current clients, and builds and maintains strong working relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Ericka Giles has a long educational history. Ericka began their studies in 1985 at Lakewood Sr. High School, where they earned their High School Diploma in 1989. Ericka then attended Robert Morris University from 1990 to 1992 and earned an Associates Degree in Business Management. Ericka continued their education at Western Governors University from 2011 to 2014, studying Business Management without a degree.
