Giovanna Braune Castiglione has extensive experience in customer experience, currently holding multiple roles at Stone since January 2017, including Customer Experience Manager, Customer Experience Leader, Customer Experience Team Leader, and Customer Experience Analyst. Prior experience includes an internship as Estagiária de Obras at Gafisa from June 2014 to April 2016 and an internship as Estagiária de TI at TIM Brasil in June 2013 to September 2013. Giovanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, obtained between 2011 and 2016, and completed fundamental and high school education at Colégio São Vicente de Paulo from 2000 to 2010.
