Mariana has extensive experience in education and talent management, having previously served as a Human Resources Business Partner across various divisions, where responsibilities included recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee experience for teams of up to 350 people. Mariana's career began with a Marketing Internship at Nestlé and included roles as a Scientific Researcher and Marketing Consultant at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Academically, Mariana holds an International MBA from FIA Business School, a specialization in Human Resources, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, supplemented by various international experiences.
