Eric Holmes

Eric Holmes currently serves as the Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing at Stonebridge Companies, focusing on large group bookings and leading a high-performing team at The Jacquard Hotel & Rooftop, a luxury property in Denver's Cherry Creek. Previous experience includes roles as Group Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager, handling various market segments for The Jacquard Hotel & Rooftop and the Boulder Marriott. Prior to that, Eric served as Director of Sales at Holiday Inn Express, where sales operations were managed for all property areas, and held a Project Manager position at CCI. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Finance/Real Estate Development Manager at Goldman Group, overseeing financing for cannabis startups and managing real estate projects, as well as working as a Real Estate Specialist at Signature Realty, Inc. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
