JB Bettinger has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over three decades. JB has held various leadership roles in different industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, and engineering. JB's most recent position was as VP Human Resources at Stonebridge Companies, where they provided strategic support and led the HR team in achieving organizational objectives. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at i2i Workforce, where they focused on recruiting and performance management. JB has also held VP Human Resources positions at The Western Sugar Cooperative and Colorado Restaurants, LLC. In addition, they have served as a Director on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Restaurant Association. JB has a strong background in HR consulting and has held managerial roles at MWH Global, Xanterra Parks & Resorts, Rock Bottom Restaurants, and VICORP Restaurants, Inc.

JB Bettinger earned a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Regis University in 1996. JB then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business at Regis University, completing their studies in 1999.
