Larry LaValley is a seasoned culinary and food service professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Food & Beverage at Stonebridge since September 2025, LaValley previously held the role of Corporate Director of Culinary & Beverage at HHM Hotels, overseeing food and beverage operations for major hotel brands and independent luxury properties. LaValley's earlier tenure at Urgo Hotels and Resorts involved spearheading food and beverage initiatives across 50 hotels in North America and achieving significant awards. Other notable positions include Corporate Executive Chef and Director of Operations at DMR Restaurant Group and Executive Sous Chef at Regent Bal Harbor, reflecting a diverse and successful career rooted in innovative culinary leadership.
