Tom Brannen

Tom Brannen is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as Director of Technology at StoneCastle since June 2025, Brannen previously held the position of Head of Tech and Product at United Texas Bank Dallas from May 2023 to May 2025. His experience at Silvergate Bank spanned over five years, where Tom advanced from Director of Software and Product Engineering to VP, Technical Product Manager, managing multiple engineering teams and driving significant innovations in digital banking and payment systems. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Information Systems at California Coast Credit Union, AVP Project Manager at BofI Federal Bank, and project management positions at Gensuite LLC and the Peace Corps. Brannen holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Dayton.
