Kinyata Dement

Kinyata DeMent, CAM, currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Area Director at StoneCreek Communities since April 2013, overseeing a diverse portfolio of student and conventional assets across multiple regions. Kinyata has been instrumental in the development and launch of various platforms, including LMS, employee engagement and training systems, and reputation management tools. Prior experience includes roles as District Manager for properties in Kansas and Missouri, Multi-Site Manager for student housing at Mills Properties, Inc., Property Manager at PCS Services, and an Executive Assistant at Mills Properties, Inc. Kinyata began a career in property management as a Community Manager with the Laramar Group.
