Elona Guga Ph.D

Elona Guga Ph.D has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Elona held multiple roles at the university, including Assistant Professor of Organizzazione Aziendale and Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. Elona also served as a Lecturer of Management of Public Administration Reforms and Coordinator of the Master of Science office. At the same time, they pursued their Ph.D, which they completed in 2016. In 2018, they joined Looking 4 Value as a Consultant. Since 2020, they have been working as a Senior Business Support & Data Quality Officer at Stonefort Group.

Elona Guga Ph.D has a strong academic background with a focus on public management and governance. Elona obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Tirana between 2005 and 2009. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rome Tor Vergata from 2010 to 2012.

Elona further deepened their expertise by completing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Management and Governance from the University of Rome Tor Vergata from 2013 to 2016. During their doctoral studies, they also had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge by becoming a Visiting Researcher at Glendon College, York University in 2015.

Additionally, Elona has supplemented their education with a Summer Training Programme at the American University. This program covered various topics, including linking aid, conflict and resolution, program design, and monitoring and evaluation as a learning discipline.

Elona has also obtained a certification in IELTS 7 from the British Council, indicating their proficiency in the English language.
