Mike Steele

Mike Steele is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Head of PMO at Stonegate Group since October 2022, responsible for the successful delivery of capital programmes, stakeholder engagement, and governance. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Co-op from 2003 to 2022, holding various leadership positions including Senior Programme and Planning Manager and Head of Planning and Intelligence, where duties involved aligning property programmes with business strategies and managing stakeholder relationships. Earlier experience includes roles at Trafford MBC and Barclays Bank, alongside a Master of Business Administration from The University of Manchester completed in 2023.
