Brandy Ratcliff, MBA-HC, LNHA, has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Brandy started their career in 2013 as a Healthcare Administrator at Brookdale Senior Living, where they worked until 2015. Brandy then joined Sienna Extended Care and Rehab as a Healthcare Administrator from December 2015 to November 2016. In 2017, Brandy served as a Healthcare Administrator at Grace Living Centers - Brookwood until May 2018. Following that, they worked at Sagora Senior Living as an Executive Director from May 2018 to November 2019. In December 2019, Brandy joined Enlivant as an Area Executive Director until the end of the year. Brandy continued their journey at Enlivant as a Regional Executive Director from December 2019 to March 2023. Currently, Brandy holds the position of Regional Director of Operations at StoneGate Senior Living, which they started in June 2023.
