Katie Fitzgerald

Katie Fitzgerald has extensive work experience in the banking and accounting industry. Katie started their career as a Teller at Stoneham Savings Bank - Redstone Branch in 2000 and worked there until 2007. During this time, they provided assistance to customers with various banking transactions and gained expertise in handling large sums of money and numerous checks.

In 2006, Katie worked as an Audit Intern at Wolf & Company, P.C. where they performed tasks related to cash analysis, deposits, payroll, and preparation of confirmations for financial institution audits.

From 2007 to 2009, Katie served as a Staff Auditor at Wolf & Company, P.C. where they took part in year-end financial audits for clients in the baking, manufacturing, SEC, and investment industries. Katie also gained experience in 401k/pension plan audits.

In 2009, Katie joined Wainwright Bank as a Staff Accountant where they prepared general ledger account reconciliations, reviewed balance sheets and income statements, and researched any unusual or large fluctuations.

Since 2010, Katie has been working at StonehamBank in various roles. Katie started as a Staff Accountant and later became an Assistant Controller. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President Controller.

Katie Fitzgerald obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Criminal Justice from Stonehill College between the years 2002 and 2006. Katie later pursued a Masters of Science in Accountancy from the same institution, completing it in 2007.
