Barry Gowdy

As a founding employee of Stonehenge, Mr. Gowdy serves as the Managing Director of Finance and Accounting for Stonehenge Capital, as well as the Treasurer for all tax credit enhanced funds managed by the company. Prior to Stonehenge, he served as Controller of Banc One Capital Holdings Corporation – the institutional securities trading, venture capital and multi-family mortgage origination and servicing arm of Bank One Corporation. Prior to joining Banc One Capital Holdings, Mr. Gowdy was an audit senior manager with Ernst & Young, specializing in industries that included broker-dealers in securities, venture capital funds, higher education, healthcare and manufacturing. Mr. Gowdy graduated cum laude from Muskingum University in 1986 with a BA in Accounting and Business, and became licensed as a CPA in 1987.
