Francine Graphia

Francine Graphia serves as an associate in the Tax Credit Services division. She is responsible for coordinating with investors and taxpayers to manage their state tax liabilities. Ms. Graphia is also responsible for diligence and documentation of film and historic tax credit transactions, with a focus on Georgia film tax credits and Louisiana and Texas historic tax credits.

Ms. Graphia brings over 20 years of legal experience as a paralegal. She previously worked at Kean Miller, LLP, one of the largest full-service law firms in Louisiana and the largest in the Baton Rouge area, and, prior to that, at Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, LLP. Ms. Graphia worked in the commercial litigation sections at both firms. She has a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University.
