David Guido

David Guido has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Resident Manager at AKAM since August 2023. In addition to this role, David has been a Superintendent at Foxy Management, Ltd. since July 2021. David also holds positions as Superintendent and Resident Manager with Stonehenge Management and Sharp Management since July 2017. Prior to these roles, David worked as a Porter at David Frankle / Stonehenge LLC from December 1999 to January 2022.
