Antonio Barbagallo

Antonio Barbagallo is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in language instruction, currently serving as a Professor at Stonehill College since August 1989, where responsibilities include teaching Spanish and Italian languages, culture, civilization, literature, and linguistics. Prior to that, from 1978 to 1989, Antonio worked as an ESL and Italian teacher in various roles, including serving as Director of Boston English Language School. Educational credentials include a D.M.L./M.A. in Spanish from Middlebury College, graduate studies in Italian Literature at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and coursework in Philosophy and Poetry at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, complemented by a B.A. in Spanish and Italian from UMass Boston.
