Caroline Echevarría

Caroline Echevarría is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in higher education and corporate learning. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Stonehill College since February 2023, Caroline has led the development of the IT department's instructional design function, focusing on online learning initiatives. Prior to this role, Caroline worked at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, providing instructional design services for various course formats and levels. Experience also includes a position as Training Specialist at Tufts Health Plan, enhancing corporate training programs, and an earlier role as Instructional Technology Assistant at Stonehill College, where contributions to the LMS implementation were noteworthy. Caroline holds a Master’s of Education in Instructional Design and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional & Learning Experience Design from UMass Boston.
