The current leadership team at Stonehill Communities has a wide range of experience in the industry. The team includes those who have worked in public relations, marketing, human resources, and nursing. They have also been involved with various boards and committees, such as the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Tri-state Chapter and the Board of Directors for Stonehill Franciscan Services. In terms of education, the team has degrees from universities such as the University of Dubuque, the University of St. Francis, and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
