Mathew Crosswy has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Mathew started their career as a Real Estate Analyst at Greystone Financial in 2007. Mathew then moved on to Specialty Finance Group, where they worked as an Underwriter / Asset Manager from 2008 to 2010, gaining experience in underwriting complex hospitality loans and analyzing a large portfolio. In 2010, they joined Peachtree Hotel Group as a Director of Business Development and later became SVP Capital Markets, responsible for sourcing and financing hotel investment opportunities, and successfully handled deals worth over $600 million. Since 2014, Mathew has been working as the President of Stonehill Strategic Capital, where they continue to apply their strategic expertise.
