McClain Dormer

McClain Dormer, CPA, currently serves as Assistant Controller at Stonelake Capital Partners since August 2023. Previously, McClain worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate for July 2023, following a progression from Associate from October 2021 to July 2023, and Assurance Intern in early 2020. McClain gained essential skills in audit methodology and proficiency with audit tools during tenure at PwC. Additional experience includes serving as Texas Recruiter for Kappa Delta Sorority, mentoring high school students in financial literacy at Culverhouse LIFT, and interning in accounting and finance roles at Cardinal Midstream LLC. McClain holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama.
